Infinium Logistics bolsters senior leadership team as it restructures to support rapid expansion

Infinium Logistics is pleased to announce that it has made three key promotions within its senior leadership line up and merged its Solutions and Property businesses, as it looks to support its continued growth and expansion.

Paul McCormack, Founder of Infinium Logistics Solutions, has become CEO of Infinium Logistics, International, Phil Bayliss has joined the Executive Team at Infinium Logistics as CEO, Infinium Logistics, Europe, and Paul Bloomfield has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Infinium Logistics. The moves ensure a dedicated team to lead the execution of new and existing customer services while also further enhancing Infinium’s offer and innovation within new channels and growth markets.

Responding to the exponential rise in e-commerce and the need for sustainable last mile logistics solutions that address climate change, faster delivery times, post-covid customer preferences, cost rises and labour shortages, Infinium Logistics has seen rapid growth since its formation in 2019. In 2022 it expects a three-fold increase in revenue on 2021, reflecting its expansion into new regions and markets, and fast paced customer requirements.

As Infinium’s COO, a new role created to respond to the scale and ambitions of the business, Paul Bloomfield will oversee all new and existing Country Partners. Bringing his wealth of experience working with some of the largest companies in the world, including Amazon and British Airways, he will play a leadership role in driving operational efficiencies and improving the end-to-end customer experience.

As International CEO, Paul McCormack will continue to be responsible for the launch of our new countries, with ambitions for further expansion across Europe, in North America and Asia-Pac. He will also focus on delivering new client solutions and initiatives, including those supporting the transition to EV.

As CEO of Europe, Phil brings with him a wealth of experience in managing and scaling growth businesses and will take responsibility for the execution of the existing business plans in the countries in which Infinium currently operates.

Having established operations across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Poland, Infinium Logistics most recently announced its expansion into the North American market. Its existing areas of specialism include repurposing underused real estate into hyperlocal logistics hubs for Dark Stores and Cargo Bike operations, Out of Home PUDO and Parcel Locker growth and supporting businesses with their transition to Electric Vehicles with the support of interoperable tech solutions.
