In response to the ever-increasing rise within the ecommerce world leading to much higher parcel volumes, faster delivery times and additional vehicles, Infinium Logistics offers a unique service, brokering opportunities between our network of car park operators and final mile service providers. We help logistics providers get closer to their customers to increase delivery speed, improve business efficiencies, reduce driving, resulting in less congestion and falling carbon emissions, especially with the increase of more micro-mobility options.
The Infinium Logistics Solutions team was formed by a multidisciplinary group of professionals with extensive experience in property, parking and logistics. We work across many areas including private landlords, property companies, private businesses and public sector organisations.

Nigel Williams – Chairman
Nigel is a well-known figure in the global parking industry. During his 35-year career in the industry he has acquired extensive knowledge of all aspects of the business in UK, Europe and worldwide. An architecture graduate from Cambridge University, Nigel has held various positions including Managing Director of Vinci Park UK (now Saba UK) and Development Director for Q-Park UK. He founded the specialist consultancy Parking Matters in 2008 and its French sister company Statiom in 2013.
Nigel is Chair of the Board of Directors of the British Parking Association. He is vice President of the European Parking Association and Chair of the International Alliance for Parking Data Standards. He has made numerous presentations at conferences and seminars in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. He is co-founder of the annual Parking & Property event.
Mimi Armstrong – Senior Advisor to the Group Board
Mimi is a senior executive with sophisticated intellectual, management and governance skills allied to 40+ years of commercial, international, non-profit, diplomatic and government experience.
During her career, Mimi has worked across sectors and with a range of organisations, including as Director of Business Development for Duke Corporate Education, CEO of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, Vice President of Global Business for the National Association of Realtors and Director of Armstrong Associates. She holds an MA in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA from Brandeis University in political science.

Amarjit Pall – Channel Hyper Delivery Centres
Amarjit has over +35 years’ experience working within the Last Mile Logistics sector (it was called “Same Day Express couriers” in the old days) and worked for a handful of innovative operators during this time including Addison Lee, CitySprint and Rico Logistics. In particular he was managing large scale last mile delivery operations to the Pharmaceutical and Parcel sectors in the UK, Europe and India. Throughout his career he has pushed for innovation to enhance the customers delivery experience in terms of technology and Last Mile service offerings. Additionally he has been keen to ensure to protect the couriers well-belling at all times during the expansive growth of Last mile E-Commerce sector. Amarjit was excited to join Infinium Logistics because of their vision of recommissioning unused or underutilized spaces to create Micro-Hubs across the UK & Europe.

Federico has over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate Retail Channel, he was working with some of the Major Property Manager Company playing on the Italian Real Estate Market. Federico have acquired considerable experience in Shopping Center’s Management, marketing and Leasing throughout the whole Italian territory. As Property Manager he was leading “Ad hoc teams” (Administration, Technical, IT, Legal Dpt.) created across departments for providing the highest bespoke service for each single international client. As Head of Asset Management, he lead projects from cradle to grave with involvement and control at all levels and sector (technical, legal, finance, management) to maximize revenues, effectiveness and minimize disruption and manage cost. Strategically based in Parma were he can easily cover the most strategic sites of Italy.

François Levert – Managing Partner France
François has been in the parking sector in France for almost 30 years and held various positions including Director of Communications for Director of Vinci Park. François is an expert in French parking regulations and the decriminalisation of on-street parking, which he made known in France and whose reform he supported as Secretary General of SYNCOPARC, then Delegate General of the FNMS (National Federation of Parking Trades).
François was also Secretary General of the National Union of Industrial and Commercial Public Services where he acquired extensive knowledge of public services, their regulations and their organisation.
Paul Wood – Head of Operations UK – North
Paul has over 20 years’ experience of operational management within Hermes. His most recent role required him to identify and launch new delivery hubs across the UK. Paul is based in Leeds and will support all the ILS channels (Parking, Urban Logistics Hubs, Out of Home Delivery and EV Solutions), but will also be focussed on some specific client opportunities and assessing urban hubs that are attractive to our client base.
James Robinson – UK Business Development – Parking
James spent the last 5 years working in the high end residential property market in Mayfair and Marylebone honing his skills within a dynamic sales environment. Working closely with key clients such as highly respected Portman Estate, The Crown Estate, and The Howard de Walden Estate. Having studied Landscape Architecture and Urban Design at University, he plans to utilise this knowledge and apply it to the forefront of cutting edge logistics solutions. Strategically based form Penrith, Cumbria he will be covering the North of England and Scotland. He is a fell runner and can regularly be found in the mountains of the Lake District. Soon to attempt a Bob Graham Round – 66 mile, topping 42 peaks in The Lakes within 24 hrs.
